We are a new work recently established by the Wesleyan Pentecostal Churches, Inc. We are a small congregation that is Christ-centered, Word-believing, holy-living, truth-loving, family-oriented, and that heartily believes the old-time gospel and its power to transform lives. We want to be a beacon that calls out to the sin-tossed lives in this dark world and lets them know that there is a safe harbor from sin and corruption.
Wesleyan Pentecostal Church of Washington
WPC of Washington is a traditional Pentecostal church that follows the patterns established in the book of Acts and expressed afresh at the turn of the 20th century. We distinguish ourselves from the Neo-Pentecostal or Charismatic movement that began in the middle part of the 20th century and abandoned the principles of holiness and the moorings of Scripture. We emphasize teaching and preaching the Word of God, holy living, traditional worship, building the Biblical traditional family, the fellowship of the saints, prayer, the Spirit-filled life, and whatever else that is made prominent in the Scriptures.
